This year's selection of boys' shorts, a little for everyone everywhere: from Singapore to Utah, from dolls to repression and self-discovery When teenager Thomas rediscovers his dolls in the attic, his mother demands they sell them. She insists that Thomas work the annual garage sale where a devilish ten-year-old boy defaces Thomas's toys. As Thomas struggles to save his dolls, his mother begins to see the part of her son she always overlooked. - "Dolls" High school senior Will sneaks into Salt Lake City's only gay bar with a bad fake ID. He's surprised and smitten when he meets a cute bartender his own age, Eli. He invites Will to a clandestine party in the Bonneville Salt Flats. Will agrees, beginning a strange, haunting and emotionally surprising road trip with his new friend. - "TWOYOUNGMEN, UT." Tanjong Rhu is a secluded beach on the east coast of Singapore, and a popular cruising ground for gay men. In an entrapment exercise in 1993, 12 men were arrested there and sentenced to imprisonment and caning. This is a fictionalised account of what has happened since then to one of these men. - "TANJONG RHU"
