FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

■Same-Day Tickets

Q: I want to watch a film on Sept. 17. Do I have to wait until Sept.17 before I can buy it?
A: We will begin selling tickets from Sept. 14, the opening day of the festival.
From that time on, you will be able to buy tickets for any film,
including those being shown on later dates.

Q: I’m planning on buying a same-day ticket for a film on Sept. 17. Is there any chance that the film will be sold out when I go to buy the ticket?
A: Same-day tickets for all films go on sale on Sept 14 and cease to be available as soon as they all sold.
In such cases, we will be unable to sell you a ticket. We appreciate your understanding.

Q: I plan to purchase tickets for a film on Sept. 17 at an earlier date.
Can I have the tickets stamped with serial numbers at the same time?
A: Tickets can only be stamped on the date on which they are to be used. We apologize for the inconvenience,
but please return to reception on the day of your screening to have the ticket stamped.

■Single Tickets

Q: I bought a single ticket with a designated date and showtime.
Canyou briefly explain how to proceed?
A: Please follow the following four steps:
①. Come to Spiral Hall on the day of your film.
②. Present your ticket at the reception desk to have it stamped with a serial number.
③. Come to the lobby at least 15 minutes before showtime.
④. When directed by a member of the staff, enter the theater and take any available seat.

■Four-Screening Passes

can redeem it for single tickets?
A: Please come to the reception desk at the time of opening on September 14.

Q: I want to use a Four-Screening Pass for four people to watch a
film on Sept. 17. Is there a chance the film will be sold out if I try
to redeem it on the 17th?

tickets for any particular screening are sold out, they will cease to
be available. We are unable to redeem passes for any screenings that
have been sold out. We appreciate your understanding.

Q: I plan to go to the reception desk to redeem my Four-Screening
Pass. Can I have my tickets stamped with serial numbers at the same

the same day. Otherwise, you will need to return to the reception desk
on the day of your film.

Q: Do I have to redeem my Four-Screening Pass for four single tickets
