ALWAYS PROUD - Special Edition for TILGFF - 8/3,14:00 This video work is bursting with images from the revamped Tokyo Lesbian and Gay parade of 2001 and 2001, the fifth Rainbow March in Sapporo (2001), as well as the Tokyo Rainbow Matsuri (2000, 2001) held in 2-chome. Always Proud features appearances by scores of celebrities from the gay and lesbian community, and also gives us an energetic perspective on lesbian and gay musicians. Liberating and moving, Always Proud will let those who took part relive the excitement of these events, and make those who have never participated want to join in next time.We will be screening a special edition of this film.
