 Julie
Johnson is an ordinary housewife, who takes secret pleasure in reading
the science magazines she keeps hidden in the kitchen. After having
her talents discovered at night school, she is told she should go
to community college to further her studies. But just as Julie is
about to leave her unappreciative husband to make a new start in life,
her friend Claire turns up on the doorstep, and something more than
just friendship grows between the two women... Julie is played by
Lili Taylor from "I Shot Andy Warhol", and Claire
is played by Courtney Love. |
