Congratulations on the opening of this years festival!
These days when the commercial film industry reigns supreme, there"s no place with such independent spirit where genre and individuality are highlighted as the Tokyo International Lesbian and Gay Film Festival. I can"t thank the festival enough for bringing the LGBT community and film fans together for over 20 years. Through a symbol for diversity called “film,” the festival allows us to transcend the barrier of sexuality if only for a moment. There"s no greater entertainment anywhere. Show us another wonderful time this year!
