After last years tremendous achievement of completing its 20th anniversary, the festival in a sense is starting over. When everything is run by volunteer staff, you have to do the impossible every day. At our festival, we have never once managed to get things up and running without a hitch. Instead, preparations always begin with a question: “Think we can really get it done again this year?” The same doubt must haunt the staff of our illustrious predecessor TILGFF. Still, they"ve come through 21 times. The number takes my breath away. To think of the work that goes on behind each and every festival! Yet, they"ve pulled it off again this year. I want to sink my teeth into the significance of that and say “Congratulations!”
