This Film Festival is bilingual (Japanese and English). All non-Japanese films will be given subtitles in Japanese and all non-English films will be given subtitles in English.

We do not particularly prohibit the taking of pictures in the lobby and entrance areas. However please do not take pictures of the individual you are photographing and uploading them to the internet without the express permission (incl. Facebook, Twitter) (The same goes for taking videos.). Furthermore, we absolutely prohibit the recording of a movie or taking pictures of a movie inside a theater.

This year the tickets that will be sold are regular tickets that will be on sale from 2 days before the show date. We will not be selling free pass tickets and 4 tickets packages. We sell regular tickets for the discounted price of 1200 Yen to customers who can produce a ticket stub from another showing.
If you will be purchasing your tickets online, select repeater discount and bring the ticket stub with you on the date of showing. If you forget to bring your ticket stub, you will be asked to pay the difference between a regular and discounted tickets, so do remember to bring it.

There will be no cash refunds this year.

Discounted admission tickets (ex. student discount) will be sold separately from the general admission tickets. Please select the appropriate ticket at the time of purchase.
When purchasing tickets online, please bring your student ID, disability ID, and other ID as proof of age when entering the venues. Please note that if you do not have them on you, you will be asked to pay the difference between your ticket and a general admission ticket.

All seats are assigned seating. You can select your seating at the time of purchase.

Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged. Some programs will be repeatedly shown on different dates and times. Please check that you have selected the correct show time and date at the time of purchase.
