■ 当日券販売

• 10月7日は19：00より、10月8〜10日は11：00よりスパイラルホール内の映画祭受付にて販売いたします。
• 予定販売枚数に達した場合は、上映日当日に限り立ち見券を販売いたします。

■ 当日の入場方法について

• 開演の15分前より整理番号順でご入場いただきます。整理番号の印字作業は、上映の当日に会場の受付にておこなわれます。 そのため、開演の15分前までに受付にお立ち寄りください。これは当日券でも前売り券でも共通です。
• 日時指定券をお持ちのお客様でも、開演時間までに会場にいらっしゃらない場合、座席にお座りいただけないこともございますのであらかじめご了承ください。
• エレベーターは、特別に必要がある場合を除いては原則として使用できません。

■ ４回券について

• 事前の日時指定はできません。開催中（10月7日は19：00～、10月8～10日は11：00より）に会場の受付にてご希望の日時指定券4枚と引き換えてください。作品によっては券が売り切れ、ご希望に添えない場合もありますのであらかじめご了承ください。
• 引き換えられた日時指定券は、1回券と同様に当日の受付にて整理番号の発行をおすませください。
• 複数名での利用も可能です。

◇Students, the disabled and the elderly will receive \200 cash back upon showing their single ticket (or stub) and ID.

■ How to get tickets at door

• Available at the festival reception desk in Spiral Hall. From 19:00 on October 7th, and from 11:00 daily during 8th - 10th.
• Standing tickets will be issued before each screening on the day only if all seats are sold out.

■ Upon admission

• You may enter the theater from 15 minutes before each screening in numerical order. Please come to the festival reception desk before doors open and have a number stamped on your ticket (Even if you have an advance ticket).
• Please note that even valid ticket holders may not get a seat if not present when doors open.
• Elevators are not available unless there is a special request.

■ Four-screening Pass

• Dates and screening times cannot be designated in advance. You can exchange your four-screening pass for 4 single tickets of your choice at the festival reception desk during the festival(from 19:00 on October 7th, and from 11:00 daily during 8th - 10th). Please note that we cannot guarantee ticket availability for any screenings that may be sold out.
• After exchanging your four-screening pass for 4 single tickets, please have a number stamped on each ticket at the festival reception desk on the day of the screening.
• Four-screening pass can be shared with accompanying guests.
