Single Ticket
  • You can use this kind of ticket for one program. Each ticket is designated date and screening time.

Spiral Four-Screening Pass
(Only for Spiral Hall)
  • You can exchange a Four-Screening Pass for four Single Tickets which can be used for films screened at Spiral.(→ Exchange Ticket)
  • The pass is sold only in advance.
  • You can’t exchange the ticket for films screening at Tokyo Women’s Plaza Hall.

Festival Pass
  • You can watch all films with Spiral Pass. One hundred pass will be sold.
  • The pass holder can enter the theater first.
  • You will receive an exchange ticket and you can exchange the ticket for Spiral Pass at our festival counter in Spiral.(→ Exchange Ticket)

Disabled persons and their companion, students, and seniors (aged 60 and over) may receive ¥200 discount upon presenting single ticket with ID.

  • You will receive an exchange ticket and you can exchange the ticket for Spiral Pass at our festival counter in Spiral.

You can buy tickets at Ticket Pia, the festival venues and some stores. Some programs are screened several times. Please confirm the date and time before you buy tickets.

1 Tickets for every film will be sold at same-day prices.

2 Entry into Spiral Hall is not permitted before the venue’s opening time of 11am. Please refrain from queueing before opening time to avoid complaints from neighbors.

3 Additional same-day tickets of an amount equal to any cancellations will be sold. Therefore numbered tickets do not always ensure that you can buy a same-day ticket.

Note

  • Entrance time is 10 minutes prior to screening at Tokyo Women’s Plaza, and 15 minutes prior to screening at Spiral Hall.
  • Seating is on a first-come first-served basis.
  • Festival Pass holders will be given priority entry to the theater. The order of entrance priority is as follows: Festival Pass → Advance ticket→ Same-day ticket (including those exchanged using the Spiral Four-Screening Pass).
  • A reference number is needed for admission to screening venue. You will enter the theater in order of the reference number. The reference number is printed on ticket.The letters in reference number are not used at the door.
  • The time when the reception desk opens, the period when the advance tickets are sold and sales figures of tickets may change without notice according to circumstances.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be given.
